Eligibility
Who is Eligible?
If you are a regular, full-time employee at Brubacher, you are eligible to enroll in the benefits program outlined on this website. Full-time employees - those who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week - are eligible for the following benefits:

Life/AD&D Insurance (company paid) and Employee Assistance Program = date of hire

All Other Benefits = following 59 days of employment; benefits effective on the 60th day

Wellness Program = all employees eligible for medical benefits and covered spouses
Who are Eligible Dependents?
Your dependents are eligible to participate in Brubacher’s benefit plans. Your eligible dependents include:

A spouse to whom you are legally married.

Note: An employee's spouse who has coverage available through his or her own employer is not eligible for the Brubacher medical or prescription drug coverage.

A dependent child under age 26. Dependent Children can include natural child, stepchild, legally adopted child, child placed for adoption, foster child, and a child for whom the employee or covered spouse has been appointed legal guardian.
